Ehem ... Lontong in the house
Resepi kuah lontong mak biah... satgi kita tepek gambar ye...
** gambaq ni npk mcm gulai plak. Lontong tu dh boh sambal ikan bilis...
1) Kuah Lontong/Lodeh
Bahan-bahan kisar :
1 biji bawang besar
1 inci kunyit hidup + garam
2 ulas bawang putih
Segenggam udang kering
Santan (1/2 kg @ rm4)
Air secukupnya
Sayuran :
1/2 kubis
2 biji carrot
5 urat kacang panjang
1/2 biji sengkuang
Fish ball
Fish cake
Tempe (letak kunyit dan goreng dahulu)
Tauhu (goreng dahulu)
Suun dan pucuk
Garam & gula
Cara-cara :
Panaskan minyak, tumis sedikit bahan kisar sehingga garing. Masukkan baki bahan kisar.
Masukkan santan & air, kacau sentiasa jangan bagi pecah minyak.
Kuah dah panas, masukkan sayuran keras.
Dah masak, masukkan bahan-bahan lain.
Masukkan garam dan gula.
Rasakan. OK. Tutup api
2) Sambal ikan bilis
Bahan-bahan kisar :
15 biji cili kering. Potong dan rendam.
1 biji bawang besar
1 ulas bawang putih
Sejemput ikan bilis
Ikan bilis digoreng dahulu.
Cara-cara :
Tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan sedikit air guna bekas jag blender.
Masukkan 2 sudu gula.
Biarkan sehingga agak kering sedikit.
Masukkan garam. Rasakan.
Kalau nk berkuah, tambah sedikit air dan biarkan mendidih semula.
Dah ok, masukkan ikan bilis goreng, gaulkan dan tutup api.
Siap.
3) Nasi impit
Rebus nasi impit selama lebih kurang 2 - 2 1/2 jam.
Keluarkan dan sejuk semalaman.
